Financial Aid Grants and Student Assistance Program

Educational Service Contracting (ESC) Grant / Voucher Program Requirements:
- Discount for incoming Grade 7 Junior High School Students. A four-year term of Tuition Subsidy for successful ESC Grantees.
- Request for ESC Application Form at the Registrar’s Office.
- Photocopy of PSA Certified Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Grade 6 Report Card
- Recent 2x2 photo of ESC Applicant
- Proof of Income: Certificate of Employment or Latest Annual Income Tax Return (if employed in the Philippines including Self-employed)
- Proof of Income: Certificate of Employment if working abroad.
- Proof of Income: Municipal certificate of unemployment if unemployed and without income.

Senior High School (SHS) Voucher Program Requirements:
- Discount for incoming Grade 11 Senior High School Students that offer two-year terms of Tuition Subsidy.
