For Grade 7
- He/She is an elementary graduate of a school recognized by the government
- Form 138 or Report Card
- Good moral character certified by the school principal
- PSA/NSO Birth Certificate (Xerox copy)
- To take the entrance test if applicable
For Grade 11
- He/She is a Junior High School Completer of a school recognized by the government
- Form 138 or Report Card
- Good moral character certified by the school principal
- PSA/NSO Birth Certificate (Xerox copy)
- NCAE result when possible (formal education)
- To take the entrance test if applicable
For Transferee Grade 7
- Form 138 or Report Card from the last school attended
- Good moral character certified by the school principal
- PSA/NSO Birth Certificate (Xerox copy)
- ESC Certificate (Private School)
For Transferee Grade 11
- Form 138 or Report Card from the last school attended
- Good moral character certified by the school principal
- PSA/NSO Birth Certificate (Xerox copy)
- NCAE result when possible (formal education)
- Voucher Certificate (Private School)
Fees and Payments
- Fees collected upon enrolment: registration, tuition, miscellaneous, computer
- Mode of payment: full, monthly basis
Refunds. Registration / Entrance fee is non refundable.
